Many of your tenants spend more waking time at their office than at their home so the quality of the environment you provide them is critical.
    • Dust and wipe down all surfaces, such as desks, chairs, windows ledges, file cabinets, book shelves, picture frames, etc.
    • Clean all sinks, counters, refrigerators, microwaves, etc., in the kitchen and coffee areas.
    • Empty all trash and replace the can liners as needed to maintain high levels of sanitation.
    • Sweep and mop all uncarpeted floors.
    • Vacuum all carpeted areas.
    • Clean interior window glass as needed.
    • Spot-clean carpet for coffee spills, etc.
    • Clean and disinfect drinking fountains.



The typical office worker goes to the office lavatory between 3-7 times a day. A lack of consistent cleaning quality here is readily apparent.

    • Empty every trash container and wipe clean their exteriors.
    • Replace toilet paper, sanitary bags, paper towels, and soap as needed.
    • Clean all sinks, partitions, and receptacles.
    • Wipe clean all chrome fixtures and keeping them free of corrosion.
    • Clean mirrors and other glass.
    • Wipe clean all walls as needed.
    • Disinfect and clean ALL surface areas of the toilets.
    • Sweep and mop floors with a disinfectant.
    • Spray with disinfectant and deodorizer.



This area presents the first impression of the building and its tenants. Everyone is rightfully concerned about keeping this area very presentable. It is also easy to ignore as one can blame the deterioration on high traffic, insufficient time, or lack of specific complaints. We take it upon ourselves to keep the lobby and reception areas sparkling every day of the business week.

    • Vacuum all carpeted areas.
    • Clean all glass.
    • Empty all trash cans and replacement of liners as needed.
    • Empty and wipe clean all ash trays.
    • Sweep and mop uncarpeted areas.
    • Wipe clean all lobby furniture.

Every one of the routines described above is inspected for completion and thoroughness EVERY NIGHT by one of our field supervisors. Many are then again checked by our night inspectors as well. This is how we keep our promise of quality cleaning every working day.
